As we strive to create a network of resources and support for our customers, our organization looks to the community and volunteers to become a part of our network. Our partnerships ensure LEAP’s continued success in providing services to the residents of Washington County.
We exist to create opportunities and resources in the community for the people within our region who live at risk of poverty and the associated obstacles. The support we offer comes in the form of education. You have probably heard of Head Start. We also help with employment, from high school equivalency tests to resume building, job postings, and career advancement tools.
The partnership portion of our organization, representing the final letter in our name, is perhaps the most important to our success. When we forge new alliances, it opens up possibilities for everyone. Our partners discover new ways to participate in the community, our programs get a boost, and the community thrives on the energy of a growing network.
