ROADMAP is an innovative program L.E.A.P. developed in partnership with the Washington County Department of Social Services, to help people with numerous barriers to employment identify and develop the resources necessary to move into the work force, achieve self-sufficiency, and reduced reliance on public assistance.
Individuals referred by Social Services are enrolled in ROADMAPS. A one-on-one case management approach ensures that each participant identifies the resources for their needs. Individuals may participate in training, volunteer opportunities or individualized learning opportunities to meet their goals.
L.E.A.P. recognizes the benefits of a case management style approach to working with anyone looking to establish and meet goals and work towards their own definition of success.
The path to Self Sufficiency starts with a good map!
